- to provide translation and proofreading services as requested

The data we collect may include your name, physical address, email address and telephone number and the information contained in documents sent for translation. All data is held on password-protected computers and cannot be accessed by third parties.
We never use your data for marketing purposes or disclose it to unauthorised third parties.
Who else may have access to your data?
If we outsource a text for translation or editing, we will ensure that the service provider is GDPR compliant and upholds our own high standards of data privacy.
Other parties who may have access to your data for administrative purposes are our website and email hosts and data back-up providers. These all comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation, or in the case of US companies, are certified under the US Privacy Shield framework.
We will hold your data for no more than 10 years, although you may ask us to delete it at any time.
You may also contact us at any time to request a copy of the data we hold about you, or to rectify it or ask for it to be removed.
